- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.

Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR executive or similar position.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR Practices:
- Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Understanding of recruitment strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
