Firstly, oversee day-to-day operations of the garment showroom/shop, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient customer service.

Fourthly, maintain inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate stock records.

Requirements:

Firstly, proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the garment industry.
Secondly, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Thirdly, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fourthly, sound knowledge of garment retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques.
Lastly, a strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
