Job Summary :

Cincos Placement, the best placement consultancy in India, is currently seeking a Cashier to join our team at a Garment Showroom/Shop in Olpad, Surat. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient cash handling operations while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.



Firstly, accurately handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and issuing receipts. Secondly, maintain an organized cash register, ensuring that it is properly stocked with cash and other necessary supplies.

Thirdly, greet customers warmly and provide friendly and professional assistance throughout their shopping experience. Lastly, reconcile cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and balanced.



Firstly, previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred. Secondly, exceptional mathematical and numerical skills, with the ability to handle cash accurately and quickly.

Thirdly, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and politely with customers. Lastly, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



  1. Cash Handling: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, including counting money accurately, giving change, and ensuring proper cash register management.
  2. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and create a positive shopping experience.
  3. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recording sales, verifying prices, scanning items, and maintaining proper documentation.
  4. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, collaborate with colleagues, and convey information clearly and professionally.
  5. Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a smooth flow of customer transactions.
