As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products or services. You will be the first point of contact for the company, so it’s important that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Responsibilities:
Firstly, the Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads. Secondly, they will need to explain the features and benefits of the products or services being offered and answer any questions the customer may have. Thirdly, the Tele Caller will need to follow up with customers who have shown interest in the company’s offerings.
Moreover, the Tele Caller will be responsible for maintaining a database of customer information and updating it regularly. They will also need to meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and keep accurate records of all calls made and outcomes achieved.
In addition, the Tele Caller will be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. They will need to handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
