Job Title: Exim (Export Import) Manager
Gender: Female
Salary: As per experience
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Exim Manager to manage our import/export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of international shipments, managing all customs documentation and requirements, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. The Exim Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our international partners and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and managing import/export shipments, including all related customs documentation and compliance requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with international partners
- Managing logistics and coordinating shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
- Staying up-to-date with international regulations and compliance requirements
- Negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience as an Exim Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
