Responsibilities:
Supplier Management:
- Firstly, identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and establish strong supplier relationships.
- Secondly, monitor supplier performance, address any issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Purchase Planning and Forecasting:
- Firstly, collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the purchasing needs based on production schedules and inventory requirements.
- Secondly, analyze market trends and demand patterns to ensure accurate forecasting and timely procurement of materials.
Cost Management:
- Firstly, conduct price negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Secondly, implement cost control measures and evaluate alternative sourcing options to optimize procurement expenses.
Quality Assurance:
- Firstly, collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased materials meet the required quality standards.
- Secondly, implement supplier evaluation mechanisms to assess and improve supplier quality performance.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Firstly, maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Requirements:
Experience:
