Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Surat. As an E-Commerce Executive in the fashion retail industry, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and driving the growth of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Management: Firstly, manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information and attractive visuals. Secondly, collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and images that drive customer interest.
  2. Sales Performance Analysis: Firstly, monitor and analyze online sales performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Secondly, generate reports on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost. Lastly, propose strategies to increase sales and optimize the e-commerce funnel.
  3. Digital Marketing: Firstly, work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising. Secondly, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Firstly, respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to online purchases. Secondly, actively engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Inventory Management and Fulfillment: Firstly, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Secondly, monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Firstly, a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field. Secondly, experience in the fashion retail industry is highly desirable.
