Job Description:
We are seeking a Male Inventory Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
This is a full-time position with office hours from 9:30 to 6:30, and the salary range for this position is up to 15k. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities:
- Manage and set up the warehouse
- Track and manage inventory
- Analyze stock requirements
- Maintain inward & outward records
- Reconcile stock with the system & physical inventory
- Perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Ability to problem-solve and plan effectively
- Self-management and learning ability
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, email communication, and data analytics
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Emailing, internet surfing.
