Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our IT team in Surat. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the development team, designing technical solutions, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. You will also ensure timely project delivery, maintain project schedules, and collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the candidate should have experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and databases. Responsibilities:
1. Firstly, lead and mentor the development team to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery.
2. Secondly, collaborate with the product management team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Thirdly, evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
4. Next, design and architect technical solutions that meet the project’s goals and requirements.
5. Additionally, ensure that the code adheres to best practices and coding standards, including code review and quality assurance.
6. Also, work with project managers to define project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
7. Furthermore, ensure project deliverables are of high quality, completed on time, and within budget.
8. Moreover, troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems that arise during project implementation.
9. Lastly, stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Requirements:
1. Firstly, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Secondly, a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading software development teams.
3. Thirdly, an in-depth understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
4. Additionally, strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
5. Also, experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js.
6. Furthermore, experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
7. Moreover, excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor the development team.
8. Additionally, ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Lastly, demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Skills:
1. Firstly, strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
2. Secondly, proficiency in web development frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js.
3. Thirdly, experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
4. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
