Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth customer transactions. As a Store Executive, you will handle stock management, perform sales reporting, assist customers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Your excellent communication and multitasking skills will contribute to the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities:
1. Firstly, manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Commonly, monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and replenishing products as needed.
3. Additionally, greet and assist customers, providing product information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
4. Effectively handle sales transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise displays and product arrangement.
6. Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional activities and optimize sales opportunities.
7. Respond to customer complaints or concerns, addressing issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
8. Lastly, perform daily sales reporting and contribute to analyzing sales data for insights and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Approximately 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage store operations efficiently.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
6. Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
7. Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak business hours as required.
8. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
