As a Receptionist in our Surat-based jewelry industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.   1. Responsibilities:

a) First Impressions and Customer Service:

  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors and customers.
  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

b) Efficient Communication:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, transferring them to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

c) Administrative Support:

  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the respective recipients.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

d) Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address customer requests and provide seamless service.
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.

 

  1. Requirements:

 

a) Experience and Education:

  •  of 2 to 4 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.

b) Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in the local language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

c) Customer Service Oriented:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to create positive customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and empathy.

d) Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:
