Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team Cincos Placement, the best placement consultancy in India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with different teams. The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser will be to plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies to promote and sell IT products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser is to conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and buying habits.
Another key responsibility is to analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
In addition, the Merchandiser will collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured, promoted, and sold effectively.
They will also be responsible for developing pricing and promotional strategies to increase sales and profitability.
The Merchandiser will monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
They will stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Additionally, the Merchandiser will build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Merchandiser, the candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additionally, the candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
Moreover, the candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Furthermore, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a requirement for the position.
Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
It is preferred that the candidate have knowledge of IT products/services.
