Location: Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara

Salary Range: 8 LPA to 16 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements, as well as a deep knowledge of software development and information technology. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Work with clients and stakeholders to identify business requirements and processes, and translate them into technical specifications
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and objectives
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and function as intended
• Provide ongoing support to clients and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for process improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes, including Agile and Waterfall
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and development teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA or Trello, is a plus
