Job Summary:

We are seeking a Female Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, maintaining customer records and databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

This is a full-time position with office hours from 9:30 to 6:30, and the salary range for this position is up to 15k. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle a large number of phone calls and multitask between assigned tasks
  • Deliver client-focused solutions and create long-lasting relationships
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Research and recommend new opportunities for clients
  • Implement profit and service improvements

Requirements:

  • Pleasant communication over phone, email, and chat, ability to explain complex concepts
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with computers and understand
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
