Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

4. Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and propose improvement strategies.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, meeting client expectations.
6. Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
7. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports to showcase results and progress.
8. Resolve issues and handle escalations to maintain client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
9. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, continuously enhancing knowledge to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of account management experience or a similar role.
2. Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
4. Be proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
5. Have a solid understanding of client needs and possess a strong business acumen.
6. Be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
7. Pay attention to detail and exhibit strong organizational skills.
8. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
9. Display a genuine passion for customer success and delivering exceptional service.
