7. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports to showcase results and progress.
8. Resolve issues and handle escalations to maintain client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of account management experience or a similar role.

3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
4. Be proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
5. Have a solid understanding of client needs and possess a strong business acumen.

8. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
