With a minimum of 1 year of experience, the Typist maintains a high level of typing speed and accuracy while adhering to formatting guidelines. They organize and prioritize incoming documents, collaborate with team members, handle confidential information, proofread and edit typed content, and maintain proper filing. The Typist demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to company policies, contributing to effective document management and administrative support.

Requirements:

1. Firstly, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar typist role is required.
2. Secondly, proficiency in typing with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute is necessary.
3. Moreover, strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in typing and proofreading are essential.
4. Additionally, excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling is required.
5. Furthermore, proficiency in using word processing software and other office applications is necessary.
