Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Tester with 2-5 years of experience in software testing to join our team in Surat. The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with development teams to design and execute test plans and test cases, identify and report defects and issues, and conduct functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

1. To begin, design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software products meet quality and performance standards.
2. Next, identify and report defects and issues promptly and efficiently using clear communication and collaboration skills.
3. Additionally, conduct functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as required while working closely with development teams.
4. Moreover, ensure software products adhere to regulatory and industry standards by following established quality assurance processes and procedures.
5. Also, maintain and update documentation related to testing processes and procedures to provide clear and accurate information to team members.
6. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during testing.
7. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing to ensure our products meet current and future needs.
9. Lastly, provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Firstly, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Secondly, 2-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
3. Thirdly, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
4. Additionally, knowledge of industry-standard quality assurance processes and procedures.
5. Moreover, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Furthermore, the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. In addition, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Also, familiarity with test automation tools and techniques.
9. Lastly, proficiency in software development languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby, and a focus on using simple language to improve readability.
