Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Location: Surat
Salary Range: Up to 25k per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our online sales channels, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and profitability
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform and ensure its functionality and usability
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure competitiveness
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Manage online inventory and product listings
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
