Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network architecture and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
- Implement and maintain network security protocols
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in network administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in network administration
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience with network hardware and software such as routers, switches, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
- Understanding of network security best practices and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
