Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities and markets
Identify and engage with potential customers and partners to grow the business
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business development strategies
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve performance and exceed targets

Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed
