We held a screening test according to our client’s requirements and screen the candidates who pass the test. After that, our technical team holds interviews for those passed candidates which are judged on the requirements of the job.

HR department of Cincos Placement forwards the CV’s of shortlisted candidates to the corresponding company along with the remarks of our technical and HR manager. The company then decided to hire those shortlisted candidates directly or call them for a final interview in their own office.
