Job Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Job Description:
Cincos Placement, the best placement consultancy in India, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Sachin, Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products to our customers.
Distribution:
- Receiving: Receiving products from vendors and ensuring they meet quality standards is a crucial part of the warehouse manager’s role.
- Storage: Proper storage of products in the warehouse is essential to maintain their quality, and the warehouse manager must ensure that storage procedures are followed correctly.
- Order Fulfillment: Warehouse managers oversee the process of picking and packing products to fulfill customer orders.
- Shipping: Once orders are packed, the warehouse manager must ensure that they are shipped to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Inventory Management: The warehouse manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all products are received, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are following all safety and security procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with company goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
